3DBenchy

The 3DBenchy is a 3D model designed in 2015 by Daniel Norée and myself to test the accuracy and capabilities of 3D printers. Since then, the 3DBenchy STL file has become one of the most iconic and frequently 3D-printed objects.

3DBenchy's shape offers an extensive array of challenging geometrical features for 3D printers, making it ideal as a torture test to reveal issues related to additive manufacturing.
