There is a new type of fastener for the STEMFIE Project. Meet the fully threaded standing screw you can print vertically on the build plate. The unique shape makes it possible to use a screw head with the same fitting as the standard STEMFIE nut. The center of the screw and the head's sides have 2.0 mm holes to locate coaxial and perpendicular connections.
This toy is unsuitable for children under three years due to choking hazards!
The STEMFIE Quick-print Sample file is an easy way to test a few STEMFIE parts and fasteners. You can also check the STEMFIE Calibration File for more elaborate types of fasteners.
